Available Monday - Thursday, 6pm - 9pm and on Fridays & Saturdays from 5.30 - 7pm. 

On Sundays, a traditional roast lunch is available as well as bar snacks menu

Coopers offers the same type of hearty, yet interesting, food as other taverns in the group, but you will also find an extensive range of buffet, lunch and dinner menus which are designed for private functions.

The upstairs dining area is an extremely flexible space which can accomodate up to 80 guests for a sit down meal or up to 120 for a finger buffet. With the clever use of free-standing wooden louvered screens, this area can be made more intimate for smaller groups. The screens are also used when individual table bookings are taken.

Generally, we only open this room to individual table bookings on Friday & Saturday nights when we have no large group function bookings. On weekday evenings and when we have functions upstairs, the brasserie menu is served downstairs in the dining area of the bar.

The function menus should be regarded as a guide to the type of food we can provide - they are not written in tablets of stone. The kitchen is more than happy to provide the style of food which your event demands and we can be as flexible as the space itself.

Despite the range & variation in the dishes which can be provided, Coopers is becoming established  as the place to visit in Guiseley when something really traditional is called for. The quality of the dishes goes without saying!

Devotees of our Thursday night Jazz are often found dining in the bar before the performance upstairs.

DRINKS

Coopers offers 8 real ales: Copper Dragon Golden Pippin, a Timothy Taylor's, a Leeds Brewery and a Black Sheep Beer are always available plus we always have a dark mild or dark beer available on one of the pumps. The other 4 guest pumps have an ever changing range of beers sourced directly from predominantely northern brewers
