Friday 20th August - 12 noon - 2.30pm & 6.00pm - 9.00pm
Saturday 21st August - 12pm - 9pm
Sunday 22nd August - 12 noon - 4.00pm
Starters
Pear & goats cheese tartlet with balsamic drizzle
Breaded portobello mushroom & black pudding with apple chutney
Carrot & Bramley apple soup with crusty bread
Chicken & apple pate with melba toast

Pork & apple sausages with buttered mash, apple compote
and cider jus
Confit duck in a cherry perry reduction, served on a bed of savoy cabbage, with roasted walnuts and sauté potato
Baked apple stuffed with vegetarian haggis, cider & onion sauce & parsnip chips
Cider cooked mussels, hand cut chips & warmed ciabatta

Poached pear in a perry syrup with mascarpone cheese
Kate rose & raspberry trifle topped with toasted almonds
Bramley apple fritters in cider batter with dark chocolate sauce
Apple & rhubarb cobbler with creme anglaise
