It was converted from redundant Lloyd's Bank premises, themselves housed in the aesthetically challenged Arndale Centre, an iconic 1960s shopping arcade development in the centre of Headingley.  

Whilst compact, the all-glass building frontage and mezzanine floor give a good feeling of light and space, thereby ensuring that the premises feel larger than they actually are!

Arcadia is located at the northern end of the Arndale Centre, convenient for the communities of north and far Headingley.

It is also however, within comfortable walking distance of Headingley cricket and rugby grounds as well as the railway station.
